Good news everybody! At yesterday’s gig, we were happy to announce that our search for a new drummer is finally over. We played with several candidates (thanks to all of you!) and in the end, we ended up going with a fellow you might remember. That’s right, Jake is back in the band!

We originally parted ways with Jake some 2,5 years ago or so, mainly due to problems with overlapping schedules and other practicalities. However, the fun we had playing together never ended, and during the last two years we have played together frequently, with Jake having an extremely important role in arranging and recording “Deafening Silence”, for example.

We’re all extremely happy about how things turned out in the end, and everybody in the band is really looking forward to writing new material and playing gigs full-blast with Jake. Stay tuned

Big thanks to everybody who showed up at Semifinal last night! MedicateD kicked some serious ass before we took the stage, it was great playing with these guys. Pics from the gig to follow!

We also have video footage from both the Semifinal show and the Unholy Alliance shows. We’ll be releasing some of the material any day now, so watch this space.

WOW, what an amazing time we’ve had the last couple of days! Huge thanks to everybody who came to see us in Tampere and Helsinki, and all of you who supported and voted for us! Also, thanks to the organizers for giving us the chance to play the big stages, it was beyond awesome. Stay tuned for new gig announcements and other news from us, and thanks again!

Big news everybody: we won the Unholy Alliance -competition organized by Radio Rock and will be opening for the legendary Slayer next week in Helsinki and Tampere!

This is simply unbelievable — a THOUSAND thanks to all of you who voted for us! THANK YOU!!! We’re humbled by this opportunity and hope to see you in Tampere on the 26th and Helsinki on the 27th next week! The other bands on the tour are Trivium, Mastodon and Amon Amarth – wow!
