We had a great time on our little mini-tour up north! Thanks to Napoleon Skullfukk for a great time in Oulu and to Celesty and Isäntä Meidän for having us warm up for them in Kaustinen. Expect some video footage from the Kaustinen gig soon! Btw, the Embreach web shop is due to open later this week, so you can finally order some Embreach merchandise easily
Stay tuned

Thanks for a great party in Dante’s Highlight on the 4th of March! On The Rocks yesterday was also awesome. We were pretty sure that the place is going to be empty since it was a Monday and the show time was close to midnight, but we were wrong. And as expected, Enthrope kicked serious butt.
Thanks for showing up everyone! And well, who can forget those two guys in front of the stage pulling their pants down during the acoustic part of Shadow’s Song… WTF?!
Next week were heading to Oulu on Friday. We’ve also booked a new gig to Kaustinen for the Saturday. More info on the Gigs-page. Can’t wait to head up north to the Paska Kaupunni of Kyrpät!

Hola! We’ve been busy booking new gigs for the spring, and things are looking good in that department. In fact, we’re heading all the way up north to Oulu in March! We’ll play in Hevimesta (with Napoleon Skullfukk) on 27.3.2009.
After conquering the north, we’ll warm up for Callisto at Suisto in Hämeenlinna on 25.4.2009. And there’s no better way to kick off the summer than an open-air gig at the legendary Louhela Jam in Vantaa on May 31st!
Stay tuned for more gig announcements. We’re also hard at work mixing and editing some material from our previous gigs. You can find the results here soon.

Quick update: Edu, Jari and Sami did an interview with Metal Observer, and Noise.fi has an Q&A with Sami (in Finnish). We have a new gig confirmed on March 4th at Dante’s in Helsinki, so update your calendars! Our new fancypants t-shirts are also available, but we haven’t had the time to update our website with pictures. In the meantime, if you’re interested in one, shoot us an email at embreach dot embreach dot net.
If you’re in Lahti tomorrow, come see us play at Hollywood Rock House. The winner takes it all, i.e. a spot at the Frostbite metal festival next week! Stay tuned!

Great news everybody: apparently, we made it into the finals of the Frostbite demo competition! Frostbite is a brand new metal festival held in Lahti in February with an impressive line-up including Lamb of God, Arch Enemy and Cradle of Filth, to name a few. The demo competition finals will be held at Hollywood Rock House in Lahti on Friday, January 30th (that’s next week!) and the winner will get a chance to play at the festival. So, wish us luck and see you there next week! Stay tuned for more details.

Good news everybody! At yesterday’s gig, we were happy to announce that our search for a new drummer is finally over. We played with several candidates (thanks to all of you!) and in the end, we ended up going with a fellow you might remember. That’s right, Jake is back in the band!
We originally parted ways with Jake some 2,5 years ago or so, mainly due to problems with overlapping schedules and other practicalities. However, the fun we had playing together never ended, and during the last two years we have played together frequently, with Jake having an extremely important role in arranging and recording “Deafening Silence”, for example.
We’re all extremely happy about how things turned out in the end, and everybody in the band is really looking forward to writing new material and playing gigs full-blast with Jake. Stay tuned
